 Mr. Abdullah Rashid Hilal

The founder of A.R. Hilal and Associates (known as Hilal & Associates since January 2003) received his L.L.B. in 1975-1976 from the Law College, University of Cairo, Egypt. He speaks English and Arabic and was a member of the Federal National Council (the legislative body of the U.A.E) from 1978 till 1983, and Registered Arbitrator with the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center. He is also the editor of a Digest of eight volumes containing the judgments of the Appeal Courts and the Supreme Court of the United Arab Emirates in 1970's and 1980's. His main areas of interest are Commercial Law, Arbitration, Maritime Law and Air Law.

 Jaafar Mohamed Mohamed Saleh

Mr. Saleh did his L.L.B from the University of Khartoum, Sudan in 1964 and worked as a legal assistant in the judiciary in the Republic of Sudan, proceeding to become a Province Judge. He resigned in 1978 and has been an advocate ever since. He received his U.A.E license in 1979. He was a visiting lecturer at the Emirates Bankers' Institute, Sharjah in 1991-1992. Mr. Saleh is a member in Advocates association in Sudan, and Middle East Arbitration Association. He is also a Certified and Registered Arbitrary at Commercial Arbitrary and Settlements Center- Dubai Chamber of Commerce, and he is a member in the Arab Association for the Protection of Industrial Patent. Mr. Saleh has been recognized as a member in the "Who is Who Professionals" for the year 2001-2002. Mr. Saleh speaks Arabic and English and his main practice areas are Banking law, insurance and tort.

 Eissa Abdul Latif

Mr. Latif received his L.L.B from Al Ain University, U.A.E. in 1983. He speaks Arabic and English and has been an advocate since 1984, and appearing before the Federal, Shara'ia and Civil courts as well as the Higher court. He is also a member of the Union of International Lawyers. Mr. Latif specializes in Corporate Law, Banking Law and Civil Law.

 Sultan Rashid Ahmed Hilal

 Jamal Hassan Abdo Al Najjar

Mr. Najjar received his Bachelor in Law from the University of Baghdad, Iraq in 1980. Since then he has gone on to receive his Diploma in higher studies in Islamic Studies from the Supreme Institute of Islamic Studies, Cairo, Egypt, in 1985, followed by Intermediate Master's Studies in Islamic Shari'a in 1988 and Diploma in higher studies in Intellectual Property from World Intellectual Property Organization "WIPO"/ GILL (Copyrights, Patents and Trademarks) and obtained a Diploma in higher studies in International Legal studies from GIIL, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law- Alexandria University. Mr. Najjar got his MBA- in International Business from the International University- Missouri- USA, and currently is studying for PhD at North Caroline University, Washington- USA in International Business”. Mr. Najjar's areas of practice include Civil Law, Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Maritime Law, Personal Law, Trademark Law, Patent Law and Copyright Law, Insurance Law and E- Commerce Law, Compensation and Arbitration. Mr. Najjar has issued many publications addressing different legal topics, such as his research on "Arbitration in accordance with Effective Civil Procedures Law in the UAE", which has been published in the 7th Volume of Al Haq Magazine issued by Jurists Association in the UAE. Mr. Najjar is a member in UAE Advocates Association as well as a member in the Arab Association for the Protection of Industrial Patent, and he is also a member in the Ethics Research Committee in the Qassimi Hospital in the United Arab Emirates.
