Mr. Sreekumar Radhakrishnan did his B.A (Economics) in 1979 from the National Defense Academy, Pune, India. He then went on to complete his L.L.B from the University of Trivandrum, Kerala, India and studied further to receive his L.L.M (Mercantile Law) from the Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India. He is a visiting lecturer, Law of Contracts, Cochin University of Science and Technology. He has practiced before the High Court of Kerala and District Court at Ernakulam, India. He is a member of the Bar Council of Kerala and the Kerala High Court Advocate's Association. Mr. Radhakrishnan specializes in Banking Law, Contracts, Arbitration, Labor Law, Administration Law, and Constitutional Law.

Mr. Bedawi passed his LLB from Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt in 1972. Since then, Mr. Bedawi has been licensed to practice in UAE & became a member of Cairo Bar Association. He specializes in Criminal law, Commercial law & Family law. He got his Diploma in Public Law from Cairo in 1973.

Mr. Abdullah Hamdan was granted a LLB in law in 1999 from Al Mansura University, Egypt. He is a member in the Egyptian Lawyers' Syndicate. His name is included in the list of lawyers authorized to plead before the Egyptian Courts of Appeal. He practiced law in Egypt for 8 years; 4 of which he spent in running his own business as a lawyer and the remaining four years as a legal consultant for Coca-Cola Co., Egypt. He practices in cases categorized under Civil, Commercial, Maritime and air Aviation laws.

Mr. Mohammad Jamal Nasir did his B.A.(Hons.)Economics from Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh, India. He then went on to complete his LL.B from Jamia Millia Islamia (a Central University), New Delhi, India. Before moving to the United Arab Emirates, Nasir had over 15 years of professional experience having practiced law before Delhi High Court, New Delhi, Supreme Court of India and various other High Courts and Tribunals in India. Nasir is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, Delhi High Court Bar Association and Supreme Court Bar Association, India and specializes in Corporate, Banking, Islamic Banking, Arbitration, Civil, Company, Labour, Finance and Insurance including Islamic Finance and Insurance, Environmental, Real Estate Laws amongst other fields of law and legal practice. Nasir comes with great experience in corporate affairs, Islamic Banking and Islamic Insurance. Having consulted for some of the leading Islamic insurers and reinsurers, Islamic bankers and customers and corporate houses, Nasir brings in great commercial sense into any legal or Shariaa transaction

Was granted her Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law from Mumbai University and serves as Head of the firm's Commercial and Corporate Department.

During her more than 13 years experience (9 years UAE experience), she represented a wide range of companies in various industries; she concentrates her practice on transactions for clients within the business industries.
